The Global Association of Professional Birth Photographers (IAPBP) features established the winners of the 2016 photography competition, while the answers are breathtaking. Today it its fifth year, the competition honors “the beauty of beginning and the skill of beginning professional photographers” in three categories: labor, distribution, and postpartum. What’s it want to be one of these brilliant intrepid professional photographers?

“Birth photography is a highly specialized field in addition to option to have the experience documented is an extremely personal choice,” describes IAPBP’s press release. “It involves the delivery process, environment, the parents and those in attendance. Birth photography encompasses the rips of delight, the wonder of bringing an innovative new life to the world and honors family.
